Finalists and Grant Amounts Announced

This year our members donated a total of $159,465, meaning our 2025 grants for these amazing organizations will be $38,000 for Impact Grants, and $15,155 for Investment Grants. Thank you all for your generosity in 2025!

Our six finalists are Ada’s Cafe, Elevate Tutoring, Family Supportive Housing, Heart of the Valley Services for Seniors, Hope’s Corner and the San Jose Public Library Foundation. Presentations about the projects each organization has submitted will be shared live at our annual event on SATURDAY March 7th, at the historic San Jose Woman’s Club.

2025 Grant Applications Submitted

This month our three grant committees start the very important work of evaluating the submitted grant applications. This year, 42 organizations have applied for our grants in the areas of Education, Family, and Health & Wellness. The evaluation process spans September through November and includes scoring the grants, making site visits, and selecting two finalists from each committee. Truly this work is core to our organization, so thank you to the 30+ volunteers serving this year!
