2015 Finalists Announced
2015 Members will give 3 impact grants of $45,000 and 3 investment grants of $12,000 at this year’s annual dinner and grant vote on Friday, March 4, 2016. This will bring the 100W nine-year total donations to $1,137,900. The six finalists are:
Bill Willson Drop in Center is the first point of contact for homeless and runaway youth and provides a gateway to essential services.
Child Advocates SV provides stability and hope to abused and neglected children by being a powerful voice advocating to improve children’s lives.
Elevate Tutoring closes the achievement gap by providing tutoring, training, scholarships and work experience to disadvantaged students.
Santa Clara Valley Blind Center provides life-changing skills to blind clients by decreasing isolation, increasing mobility and improving overall quality of life.
Services for Brain Injury provides brain-injured clients with rehabilitation and vocational services that enables them to achieve their highest level of independence.
Silicon Valley Urban Debate League helps low income students tap into the power of their voices through participation in competitive debate.
