San Jose Women’s Club

75 S 11th Street, San Jose, California 95112 · [Ticket and registration details to come]

Twenty years in, this is the evening our giving comes together. Six finalists have made their case, and every member ranks their top three. One vote, real power, and a very good excuse to see everyone in one room.

Renew or join by December 31, 2026 to have your vote in March.

Thank you for being part of this. Only current members vote at the dinner, so a quick renewal now keeps your seat at the table. New to us? Join before the deadline and cast a vote in your first year.

The 2026 grant cycle

How Your $100 Becomes a Grant

In 2026, our members voted to award $159,465 to six local nonprofits. Every dollar stays here. Every membership gift moves through the same four phases on its way, and here’s where we are right now.

  1. 1

    Letter of Inquiry

Apr 1 – Jun 15. Members refer local nonprofits, who submit a Letter of Inquiry. We accept the first 45, and we’ve hit that cap three years running.

  2. 2

    Full Application

Due August. Invited organizations submit full applications with financials.

  3. We’re here 3

    Site Visits

Oct – Nov. Committees visit semi-finalists in health & wellness, family, and education to see the work firsthand.

  4. 4

    Finalists & the 20th Vote

Jan 15 → March 6. Six finalists are notified in January. Every member ranks their top three at our 20th Annual Voting Dinner. One vote, twenty years running.

Your vote is waiting for you in March. Renew or join by December 31, 2026, and you’re in. Every nonprofit applicant is referred by a current member, so your membership helps the organizations you care about, too. Renew here.
